Anastasia Black is back at it, exerting herself at Studio Pulse in Redondo Beach. She has a background in martial arts. Sure, Anastasia may have had some trouble with the ab wheel. At least, she tried. Hell, she even attempted it on camera. I am throwing in everything but the kitchen sink with this update. You get black leggings, the Zishy bodysuit in heels, and a shower. I could not have very well sent Anastasia home without washing off.
