I'm watching a rebroadcast of the VP debate as we speak, and Sarah Palin looks great! She's charismatic, she's energetic, she's pretty... she smiles and even winks at the camera on occasion... what a great speaker! I'm ready to vote for her... uh, I mean, John McCain, right now!

So, my question is: Should I un-mute the TV?

I agree with you, if by "brilliant" you mean woefully ignorant about the issues.

p.s. no one running for president has won or lost b/c of who their vice president is. Even Quayle couldn't bring Bush 41 down.

It looks like McCain is gonna lose b/c he's a republican running in an election where a majority of Americans are angry at republicans for having been in power during this financial debacle we are now in.

Don't forgot the war in Iraq, the response to Hurricane Katrina, and still not getting the head guy responsible for 9/11... Democrats are at fault too, but usually the worst mis-management of the government happens when a republican is president, can't just be coincidence.
