Max Hardcore Sentenced To Prison

I've seen some of his work, and even with this forum name I'm not a big fan of it. But I don't see any problem with it, as long as everyone involved is a willing participant. Just another thing the stupid government thinks they need to arrest someone for because they deemed it "obscene". It makes me want to go distribute all of his products I can find, to as many people online as I can.


Max Hardcore Sentenced to 46 Months in Federal Prison

TAMPA - Director Paul Little, aka Max Hardcore, was sentenced today to 46 months in a minimum security prison on federal charges of distributing obscene videos through the mail and the Internet.

Little was fined $7,500 and his company Max World Entertainment was fined $75,000. The director was charged with 10 counts in all, plus another 10 counts for his company.

U.S. District Judge Susan G. Bucklew gave Little the minimum fines allowable by law. The recommended range for the fines was between $1.2 and $2.4 million.

Judge Bucklew also ordered Little to serve three years probation upon his release from prison, placed the company on five years probation and imposed a total of $5,000 in "special assessments."

Attorney Jeffrey Douglas confirmed to AVN that he plans to appeal the sentence in the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. The notice of appeal will be filed within the next 10 days.

Little has been advised to make no statements to the press. He is free pending his appeal.

I say its about time. The way he treated women in his vids was nothing short of criminal. I think he needs to spend his time in a looney bin getting help instead of in prison. No normal person would ever think of treating another human being in such a way, willing or not. And the willing ladies, well they need some big time help as well. There is no reason for porn in that genre, I dont care how much money he was paying, pissing, puking, gagging on dicks, ripping assholes and cunts, its not porn, its abuse. And I for one think it should be stopped. The Gonzo crap is nothing but abuse, and it makes others think its ok or normal to treat someone else in such a way. Sex is one thing, abuse is a whole nother issue. IMHO it wouldnt be any different than if he was beating the crap out of the "models" and then selling the vids.

I love porn, but this shit is sick and should be stopped. And the participants all need to get their asses some help. For a model to allow those things to be done to her, she is really fucked in the head and has absolutley no self worth. And the fuckers that do this shit to the girls, they should have their asses locked up to be abused by the inmates in the same ways they have abused the models. Its obvious they could care less about what they do to the girls, they have no respect for women at all.

Putting this kind of thing on film just shows how far we as a people have degraded.

No dude. A woman is a woman, a whore is a woman who has sex for money. The chicks in his videos are indeed whores and obviously had no problems taking money for what he was doing.

Do you really believe that? I was always under the impression that the appeal of this kind of material comes from the fact that it's NOT generally okay to do this to people. Not once have I ever heard someone say, "Yeah, I love taking a shit on chicks, because it's totally appropriate!"

There are plenty of stodgy old people and Jesus freaks out there who would say the exact same thing about such victimless activities as prostitution, stripping, nude sunbathing, or even having a NN modeling website.

If the girls are of clinically sound mind, know full well ahead of time what will be expected of them, and still believe that the money is good enough for what they're being asked to do, then no one is getting hurt here. It's a victimless "crime". No one is forcing these girls to do these stunts, and no one is forcing you to watch it.

If these girls were truly being hurt or taken advantage of, they would stop doing it, and there would be no more Max Hardcore. If there was no market for this sort of stuff, no one would buy it, and there would be no more Max Hardcore.

Now, point to an instance where some girl is actually misled or extorted into doing this stuff... PROVE it... and I say, don't send him to prison, but instead, let the son-of-a-bitch fry. Until then... let him out, he's done nothing illegal.

Everyone has their own fetishes, some people wouldn't call it degrading, the participants may even enjoy it despite being paid to participate. There's enough people that enjoy watching it for him to make a successful business doing it. In some sports, people treat each other in a way that could be deemed obscene or abusive, but they are willing participants & paid as well. Nobody is arresting a boxer for punching the other guy, or a football player for tackling the other guy.

Until the specific act or event is deemed illegal, and then the person knowingly violates the law, they shouldn't be sentenced to prison for it. Unless I have missed some facts, like he did it from a city where porn is illegal in general, they are arbitrarily now saying what he has done for years is "obscene". Make it a law, tell him he can't do it anymore, then arrest him if he does it again. But it seems like a witch hunt. If the conviction holds up, who will they do the same to next? Peter North cums too much, that could be "obscene", maybe they should arrest him too.

Need to add, I'm surprised scrote_bag, someone who argues against cencorship of just deleting harassing posts on a forum, would then be in favor of arresting someone to cencor them from making legal porn. Talk about irony!
