The first one sucked yeah. Now with the story a little better and more creatures, should be a little better. I like Guillermo Del Toro, and I want to see a good American movie from him. His Spanish films are great. His USA ones are so lame. Alot is riding on "Hellboy 2" though, this will make or break him to see if he'll be worthy for "The Hobbit", his next movies.

I didn't see Hellboy, but what was wrong with it? Was it bad for an action movie, or was it bad BECAUSE it was an action movie?

I just find it hard to believe that Del Toro could put out crap movies. The reviews I read on it were mostly positive.

I actually liked Hellboy, great campy action movie.

Hancock on the other hand just looked dumb from the first preview I saw and its getting shitty reviews. Might check out the DVD but no way I am spending $12 on it.
