it appears as of right now, she is done w/phil flash, according to phil, she hasn't been putting fourth enough effort for him to warrant her having her own site and has deemed it "non-active" and is making it a part of his multi-site pass (along with nikki's and cass' old sites) but she he did say that she can come back in 3 months if she so chooses to, but she would have to step it up "130%". Well, i think she should leave Phil and do her own thing... she is NN (for now at least) and she just doesn't fit w/what he is trying to run over there.

As much as I'd like to Phil-bash (who doesn't ), if someone isn't doing their job, warn them, then fire them... it looks bad for the rest of the company if you don't.

I hate to say it but this firing was overdue. As far as being warned Megan had been warned for two years by me and by Phil. She was scheduled to be fired before any of the other girls but Phil really cared for her and let her stay even though she was lettting her personal life interfere with her work too many times.

In one of the few times Phil an I agreed he told me it was tearing him up that she need to be let go. and he was going to give her an ultimatum.
"Work hard or your out.". Phil wrote this on the forum many times only a few of us paid attention to it.

Many of us want Megan to get back on board, and be the model that she can be. But no one can force her to do it. I tried for two years and got the scars to prove it. My demands for her to write me were about her performance.

If Megan wants her site back I pray to god she gets help and gets her priorities in order. If she really wanted to quit I think she would have retired gracefully and with all our blessing.

Now let the Paul T bashing begin.

Not a turn on at all.

But you did not mention all the emails she did reply to, or the times she messeged me to say hi or that she was feeling bad. Things that even the great imzadi had no knowledge of.
