Sounds like fun! Aloe Vera gel for the sunburn. My Grandmother would tell you to soak in a bath with a little vinegar. I never tried the vinegar so I don't know if it works.

Burn? Use some calamine lotion on it, as well as Silvadene ointment...it might not look pretty at first, but it WILL do the job. Hope you feel better.

My advice to you is to start drinking heavily.
You'll notice pain less. It's counter-intuitive, but when I burn my shoulders and arms, I put on a long-sleeve shirt, and I feel it less that way after the first few minutes. Take a cold shower, and then some tylenol. Wear Sunscreen. If I could offer you only one tip for the future, sunscreen would be it. The long term benefits of sunscreen have been proved by scientists, whereas the rest of my advice has no basis more reliable than my own meandering experience. :
