I had no idea they were still around. They were quite popular in Sweden when i went to school about fifteen years ago.

Then I roamed around amazon to catch up on my metal listening.

Listened to the new Children of Bodom, In Flames, Meshuggah and Origin.

Origin kinda sounds like the soundtrack to someone getting the shit kicked out of them. It's fantastic

Its an ok album. With bands like Opeth, Machine Head and Killswitch Engage around putting out much better albums, Meshuggah kinda gets lost in the shuffle.

Opeth is fantastic. Could care less about Killswitch and Machine head though.

The new Bodom was kinda disappointing...actually the last couple albums have been. Same with In Flames. I can't stand listening to anything they've made since Clayman

Opeth is pretty "meh" for me after My Arms, Your Hearse. Meshuggah kicks a lot of ass, but Destroy Erase Improve is still their best work.
