I think it is very common for both sexes to get nude especially behind closed doors.
Men an women both like to display themselves to the opposite sex. Or in some cases to the same sex.

It is accepted but not universally for women to do buy beefcake so there is not
as large of a demand for male nude photography

I don't totally agree with you on this. What I have found is that if women look at somebody that is naked, they tend to look at women. This includes straight women.

Like I said it is not universally acceptable for woman to look at nude men.

It is a double standard.
Men do not mind their women looking at a set of juggs but let her get cockeyed and they have a fit.
Also if a woman admires another woman it does not mean she is Bi or Les.

This is true, but I'm not bothered by the double standard. If I'm asked about some guy's appearance I usually answer "Eh... I don't know... ". Other than noticing if he was neat or sloppy, I just don't pay that much attention.
