I saw a story on the news tonight about this ... thought someone might be interested

Logan is the first blue-eyed koala in the 20-year history of the Australian Koala Foundation, with all other koalas sporting brown irises. There is nothing medically wrong with the newborn, the unusual colour is due to a reduction in pigmentation.

I LOVE Koalas...I've only seen them in pictures or video...I want to hold one someday...I just think they're adorable

It's weird to see one with blue eyes though !! wow

Thats not true, Koalas dont like human flesh. They strip the flesh away and gnaw on the bones, its good for the teeth.
