The Darkest Evening of the Year
First novel of the year and it is from my favorite author: Dean Koontz I have no idea what this one is gonna be about and that is how I like it because I don't know where Koontz is gonna go with his stories. I will probably finish this two weeks from now (busy) |

Sir Weed, if you like Koontz, I strongly recommend you check out Richard Laymon (if you haven't already). He's even weirder. After Midnight is probably my favorite; see if you can find that one.
Perhaps you can borrow it from the Orange Lake Public Library?

I like most of the novels by koontz...however, this is not one of his best
...I know he likes dogs... ....he took it to the next (and unfortunately somewhat obnoxious) level with this book... ....read it if only because even a bad Koontz book is still pretty good... ....but your time would be better spent reading "Intensity" |

Gordon R. Dickson's Wolf and Iron has a similar theme.
