I probally shouldn't say this, but "phil" is a douche bag for the way he is treating all of these girls. The girls are some of the hardest working models and most loyal models out there and he just treats them like trash. Maybe he should stop cheating on his wife and start treating women with respect :

While I understand that you're upset, and there is indeed a good argument for disapproving of Phil's recent firings, I don't think throwing wild and irrelevant insinuations around does much.
