I ran across some old ones of my dad's ( Came across didn't seem like the right thing to say..)

The cool thing in the ones from the early 60's are the ads: Taryeton cigarettes, Studebaker Avanti, Haggar slacks, Jantzen swimwear, etc.. They were selling a lifestyle... I even found one for a Harley-branded small bike that looked like a Honda 90.

Mad Men has it right on.
