I would have thought it was to old for you considering you weren't even born yet when they first came out. It is for us old timers who were born in the 70's and grew up in the 80's watching it. But I am glad they didn't botch the entire movie. It is definitely worth seeing.

You know, a lot of time, it's better NOT to have seen the original series or movie or read the book when going to see a new movie. Too often, the new version does not meet expectations if you've seen it/read it/remember it.

I have not, however, seen Transformers, so I can't say if that's the case.

However, I would like to offer myself as movie companion to Autumn any time she likes.





Because she usually sees good movies. That's the only reason. I swear.
