Lol, there are tons of people out there on those adult friend finder sites etc using my name and pics but trust me I AM NOT ON THERE! and dont believe any of them cuz they are all liars and fakes!

Phil's really the only one that can do anything about it, and it's a huge hassle to try and get them to remove the pics and keep from using them anymore. Plus there are sooooooooo many people out there doing it it's nearly impossible to stop.

Sadly no, now Phil could sue if someone uses his copyrighted stuff, but not Nikki. You can only sue if the person is A.) harassing you, B.) using actual personal information for harm such as social security numbers, credit card numbers, addresses, etc., and C.) if they are pretending to be you for personal harm or defamation of character (even then it'd be iffy in a court of law).
