Good or bad, I think you should be able to comment about me.

This is the place for doing it. I am not asking everyone to talk shit on me, but if that is honestly what you think of me, then post it!

I will not be able to mod better if everyone clams up around me.

I can take a beating, I won't start crying... hopefully I can become better with everyone's opinions.

I agree, some people need to grow up, though. It is common practice to pick on people in middle school and high school, but usually people grow out of it. How old should someone be before they stop picking on people cause they can be singled out? Yes, some people are shorter, some people are fatter, some people are ugly, some people aren't very smart.. I learned this in the past.

If this is an 18+ board, a lot of that should be gone just by setting the minimum age.

I don't really have an answer. Are you suggesting I work harder to find one?

for as long as I've known you on these message boards, you've been caustic and apparently, by the fact that you have a red dot, you seem to rub people the wrong way.

I, however, am not one of them. I don't find you more or less annoying or offensive than anyone else here.

I wanted to say a little more. About the time that I was made a mod, there were comments that there were mods that have never been mods before, I wanted to say a little of what I have done.

I used to be a gamer, I have been a mod on a few to several game servers, a couple times in the same situation. I was a popular player, I generated players on the server and was somewhat respected, and was given moderator privileges... and I tried to make things better.

I have been an operator in a couple 100+ regular user chatrooms on irc. And several smaller chatrooms. :

I do make mistakes, I will make mistakes... and maybe people will see me as an asshole because I will refuse to lose sleep over my mistakes. When your job is to make decisions... you will either learn to deal with your mistakes or you will fail. I make decisions all day at work and I make mistakes, but I can learn from my mistakes, or at least try.

I will not be attacking anyone who posts in this thread.
