If they did I ran 14 and modded another 6 since 1999 to 2004. Then just became too busy with websites and the odd blog.
As for actual forum. I was a member longest at was the Comedy Laugh which I was a member of sine 2001 till it closed late last year. I also spent 4 years modding on it.
