I don't get one, since I'm still claimed as a dependant, while still at home. My parents get quite a bit back, that's going to fix the AC in the van, pay off bills, rent, etc. It'll help my family out, but not in the way they want us to use it.
Plus really, people spending it on things, isn't too wise. Use it for gas, groceries, bills, etc. Things you really need. Not just nice stuff.
